Wayne is not "The best hip hop artist". People mistake the 2 genres of hip hop and commercialized mainstream rap music.

Yeah dude. I'm so gay because I don't like Lil' Waynes music. I used to like him. Then I started listening to better music then realized how bad most of his music sounds compared to other artists.

 
I understand why there is so much hate on him... I really really do. The auto tone phase (fading out) was horrible... terrible terrible music. I really despised anyone that listened to him. I took a second to actually listen to his lyrics and what he has to say and it really makes sense (not the lollipops or feat. t-pains) but the music that isn't played on the radio. He's a damn good lyricist. Some shit he puts out are for the fans and to make the $$$ but thats just being smart.
