Libtech question

Hi i have the Libtech Jib NAS and my top sheet is chipping alot. I was wondering if thats normal? as well if anyone thats has these skis i was wondering if you catch your edges alot on boxs and rails? Because i seem to do that alot more on these than any other pair i had befor.
 
my litechs aren't really having an issue with chipping but it is very easy to catch edges on rails in my opinion
 
Most skis chip, its just cosmetic damage. As for edge catches, I dont have libtechs, but with the magna traction it seems like it could be easier to catch an edge since its shaped so differently.
 
i have them, mine are sortive chipping but not to bad. i have never caught my edge on a rail/box but i always catch my edges while riding. i thinks it because im not heavy enough
 
Yeah i used a diamond stone to detune them several times, i just hope my skis arnt railed. And the chips arnt really that deep its at the carbon fiber layer. Its just really anoying catching my edges on these skis. Like sometimes on the rainbow rail i get stuck at the top and look like an ass hole.
 
yea ive noticed the exact same things this season skiing on the new libtechs. my top layer is completely fucked on both skis and i catch edges on rails on these when im least expecting it. caught an edge doing urban on these skis and wrecked my hip on the rail
 
you can definitely notice a difference skiing on ice, but its just not worth it for the shit it causes on rails sometimes
