After further review of that video, the kid says "these skis are about a year old" - ok, so lets take into consideration that we can assume (since the ends were ductaped) that he had been riding them for at least that long (and they hadn't broken yet...or maybe they had!).... Ok, now that that's established, lets look at another stupid aspect of this video. The bindings are obviously off the skis and the skis don't appear to be broken (although they could have already been cracked, which is very possible, because it looked to have snapped both times right below where the mounts would have been)...hence we need to take into consideration that there are going to be binding holes drilled all throughtout the ski, maybe even a few diff. mounts, we just don't know..I mean shit, they didn't even break both skis for us, they could have easily sabataged that video....Taking all that into consideration, I think it's safe to say you can't base any opinion on that video...When my sister was 12, she could have broken the same ski under the same circumstances...hell, ANY ski under those conditions would snap in half
