I own a pair of libertys, and so do 2 other kids on my team....and they both were doing technical tricks such as mistys...and they both had a binding rip out...is this related to the recall or does anyone know cuz i dont wanna be next?

I wish i was a gangster

The wood in the skis is strong and light, but the type of skiing that skiers are doing these days requires more strength than the little binding screws can hold.

I tapped heelie coils into my skis to begin with and they are much stronger. I would reccomend using heelie coils simply to add additional thread size and kep those bindings in the skis.

...he died doing what he loved. He will always be rememberd as a great snowboarder, but more importantly as a great friend.

In loving memory of Josh Malay.

RED TEAM!
