Liberty = best customer service ever!!!!!

alright so a couple days ago i went on a rant about how my skis snapped and how i didnt trust liberty anymore......i take it all back, Liberty Worked with me through the entire process of helping me get new skis and they were totally understanding and they hands down are prolly the best customer service companys out there, i cant wait for my new pair to ski on!!

^ They warrantied it because it was a defected ski. This is the only case you've heard of so far, and i'd say there are hundreds of people skiing on them. And that one kid in the other thread who asked "Why independent companies?" well, this thread is your answer.
