idk about that problem, but i do know that if your still under warrenty theyll give you a new one, i have that phone, its a piece of shit, keyboard doesnt work anymore, turns off, camera sucks, i could have gotten the rumor 2 but i was a month late on my warrenty FML, i have to wait till may next year

well right now I cant see anything except white. It has never been dropped or near water. I think its just a piece of shit

You have a point though, kinda, the iPhone makes all of the phones I am forced to get at Verizon have bad touchscreens. I still love my Glyde though, it is a great phone for me.

For the rumor, try and look how to do a factory reset or something. Not a total wipe, but some button combo that will hard-reset it.
