Level 1 is way too legit

I ordered the Level 1 skullcandy icons from the Level 1 store on October 14th, less than 2 weeks ago, and and they were shipped on the 22nd (a very reasonable shipping wait). I got the headphones today, October 26th. Enclosed in the package was a hand signed letter from Josh Berman apologizing for the "delay" of the shipment, and as a result of this "delay in shipping" they gave me stickers and a free bula level 1 hat. Thank you Level 1, you're amazing.

Buy Level 1, you won't be dissapointed.
 
Yeah, they kill it. Cept Im a little bummed that I got my Refresh shipping confirmation 2 weeks ago from saturday and it hasn't come yet...
 
yeah mine took like 10 days after the shipping comfirmation and i did the 2-4 day shipping.Finally got it though, so sick.Definitely in a league of there own with movies. I would say it blew EDIAS out of the water as far as the more enjoyable movie.
 
those icons are sick. i bought a tall tee last year. got here real quick. gotta buy another one this year.

level 1 is the most legit ski movie company out thereim wearin my level 1 tall tee tomorrow and im gonna go to the WME premier and make an ass out of myself. My goal is to last 30 minutes before gettin kicked out
 
i ordered a L1P shirt and my color was on back order like 2 years ago and Josh enclosed a copy of Realtime for free! -such a great company support them!

i sure hope theres a letter like that in my package .. ordered 9/30/9 still haven't got it yet.. The cost was a total of 191$ .. :(. . Its should be said i live in greenland, but when i order stuff from the US, it dont usally take that long .. (i know they didn't have Refresh, when i ordered.. But tons of ppl got theirs already )
 
Yeah, Josh is really a guy that cares about the community, the well being of others, and satisfaction from customers, not just company profit. Buy from Level 1. Buy Refresh, you will love looking back and watching it twenty years later, in memory of Warren, in memory of these great times, and to look at how skiing has changed. Help Josh out guys.
 
yeah, i ordered refresh and i ordered 2 by accident and e mailed him, and right away he responded and fixed the problem. Thanks again Josh
 
i don't know how its even possible but they shipped out my t shirt and refresh from denver to my house in MN like 40 hours after i ordered it
 
Ya man, it only took me about 2 weeks to get Refreshed and I still got the same awesome hookup. I remember when I bought my green and black crew neck I mentioned that the price had been increased from $55 to $70 and I asked why in the comment box. They responded with the reason (which is all I was wondering) and they sent me some stickers and a shirt that was on my wish list to make up for it!
 
this one time they made a bunch of ski movies that continue to be the best in the business despite the effort of their competitors.
 
I got the exact same treatment :) Level 1 is a company to be proud of, with their movies and attitude they will keep skiing on the right tracks!
 
level 1 is such a sick company, i love hearing about a company going out of there way to impress costumers. after all customer can live with out them but they cant live without us. thats something warren miller would never do

Customer service is priority A1, and this was the least we could do to try to make up for the shipping delays. All of us at Level 1 appreciate the continued support and are stoked to be part of such a great community.
 
yep, ordered the movie w/ priority shipping.. then the sportsden got the movie in and they had it for a good week and i still hadn't recieved my copy, so i sent a letter to level 1 and they sent it out the next day w/ a dope under armour refresh shirt! thanks!
 
Yeah just got my copy plus the hat and the letter. wasnt necessary the movie was sick enough but im not gonna complain. just shows berman and level 1 are the best. thanks berman
 
loved the HD stream purchased with dvd, I always hate waiting for snail mail to watch my movie. I also remember when i was a youngster i really wanted forward for my birthday but told my dad right before my birthday. Fourtunatly, he called Josh and asked if it were possible to get it to my house quick enough. I got Forward for my 14th birthday and watched it endlessly and it still isnt old. Great customer service is a claim level 1 can truely make.
