Happy holidays Newschoolers.

Hope the times have been good and the snow even better, So to make a long story short my girlfriend recently purchased a bunch of merchandise off of level 1's website to get me for Christmas. However the packages got lost in the mail and never came, she has tried to get a hold of the people at level 1 but they haven't got back to her sense. To say she is bummed is a complete understatement, i explained to her i was fine and i really didn't need a present but she insisted they were the perfect gifts and has been extremely upset ever sense. Level 1 if you read this and could somehow help us out it would truely be a Christmas miracle.

Honestly really not Level 1's fault at all. Contact whoever the shipping company was (probably USPS) and fight with them to reimburse you and just re order everything. Once the package leaves L1's warehouse, they have no control whatsoever, and shouldn't be held responsible for a USPS fuck up

While you're right that it is not their fault, it is entirely on them to look into it and try to find a solution to the issue.

I know that sounds like an entitled thing to say but it's true, at least from my experience. Usually the company has some kind of insurance against this sort of thing, and companies have been more than helpful in tracking down lost shipments/sending out new shipments in the past.

(by company I mean level 1 not the shipping company)

L1 is responsible for having the goods delivered. While there isnt really anything they can do about a usps screw up, it is still their job to make it right, not OPs.

It's out of their control yes, but you're completely wrong about this. The shipper is the one who has to file the claim to get reimbursed for the items/shipping costs, so level 1 is the one who needs to sort it out. Have you never sold anything before where shipping fucked up?
