Letter I just sent to rogers

I'm really tired and bored, so I decided to write rogers a nice letter, hopefully they write me back
"Dear Rogers Wireless,
I would like to let you know just how ecstatic I am about the charges and fines you now are facing. I could care less about your fraudulent advertising, but I am so happy to see you face problems like this because you are such a powerful player in an oligopolistic market and possess way too much power. As it stands right now, Canadians have arguably THE worst mobil phone services in the world, and you are a huge contributer to this problem. After speaking with many friends from the US and overseas I have definitely confirmed this. You, as a service provider seem to not care about the customer what so ever and are in the market solely to turn a profit. Obviously the goal of any business is to make money but you should also try and keep a satisfied customer base and act accordingly by making ethically responsible decisions. These decisions should not only benefit your shareholders but also your CUSTOMERS. I am disgusted with the lack of choice that the customer has in todays market for cell phone service providers. As a customer I feel tiny and insignificant, and feel as if I'm getting taken advantage of by a huge corporations that possesses no moral values.
As a Roger Wireless customer I am extremely unsatisfied with the service that I receive from you as a provider. I feel that you have a serious lack of flexibility with the plans you offer and your prices are ridiculously high. As soon as my contract ends I am leaving you and never looking back. I cannot wait for a couple years down the line when larger US and European providers make it into your market and destroy you.
Obviously your prices are the same as most of the other service providers in Canada but I would like to let you know that You, Bell, Telus and Fido are garbage providers. The outrageous prices you charge are disgusting. Cell phone providers like you are money grubbing scum that don't care at all about customer satisfaction and will do anything to make a buck."
I just realized that this is written like complete shit, but I'm not really expecting a response from them anyways so fuck it.
 
i find it confusing how you go from sounding happy and cheerful to angry and completely unsatisfied with pretty much nothing in between.
 
haha, youre probably right about not getting a response but i must feel good to get that off your cheest. whats the cell phone situation like up there?
 
Ye written like shit haha, I just threw together a rant pretty much... Cell phone service sucks in Canada, you have to pay for incoming texts, plans are super expensive and hard to customize and you can only chose from like 2 or 3 major players.
 
We get proper fucked. There's really only 3 providers to choose from, the lack of competition and state regulations doesn't help us. The rates are high, you pay an arm and a leg for services, customer service is terrible and the phone selection isn't great. I don't have any hard data but I'm certain that we pay a ton more than people in the US and Europe and I can't imagine SA, Africa or Asia having particularly high prices.
