The Saints just did what we had done to most of those teams back in the 07 season. Revenge is a bitch. This just made a lot of people happy.

steelers defense is better than the pats defense. i honestly think the steelers have better receivers as well. 2 Superbowl mvp receivers on the same team. we have better backs becasue willie doesn even start any more. him and rashard mendenhall are a better due than lynch and faulk. not to mention we play in a harder division.
 
steelers defense is infinitely better than the pats defense, no doubt. dick lebeau is a fucking genius. but youre honestly gonna tell me that your receivers are better than the ones that have the most receptions in the past 3 yrs and the most tds in the past 3 years? maroney has a td in the past 7 games.... mendenhall and parker are doing jack shit. faulk is the most versatile player in the nfl

so true. bellichick has been far too focused on offense, and let too many of his experienced guys on d go. it was sad watching how many missed tackles, blown coverages, and other mistakes there were monday night that just shouldnt be made by a team as good as the pats.
 
bill has completely changed his mindset since the dynasty. we used to be completely defensive oriented and conservative. now were known for offensive firepower and being agressive, going for it on 4th down all the time. its not a bad thing, but we cant completely forget about our defense. im sure belichick knows what hes doing. but yeah the missed tackles and inexperience on D are a killer. brandon meriweather literally does not know how to tackle. every time i see him go for a tackle, he just bounces off the player. its completely ridiculous
 
are you saying that we were not a dynasty from 01-04? im pretty sure its widely agreed that the pats were in fact a dynasty....
