Letahal descent hasn't sent my jacket and is ignoring me

Basically I spent 400 bucks on the jacket/pant package. Its been nearly 4 months, still don't have my jacket. last time they replied to an email was over a month ago, I have been very nice about it, but they just have ignored me. I like to support small companies, especially ones with good products. But what the fuck lethal decent, my pants ripped the first day (my fault for sliding across boxes but they still seem low quality), and I'm probably not going to get my jacket. Not totally sure what I'm trying to achieve by this thread, any advice ns
 
Not really relevant but I have seen their pants in person and they did not look durable at all, and I guess they aren't.
 
Idk what you guys are talking about, I have nothing but good things to say about my LDC, it has held up better than any other outerwear I have ever had through hard riding, and their customer service has been stellar in my experience.

Hope you get things sorted out, OP.
 
found a number in one of the old emails and called it, it went straight to some thing saying this number is not available. I don't know what to do now
 
have you tried sending them a message on facebook? it looks like they log on at least once a week and they could point you to the right person to talk to.
 
I have been talking to sam? I think is his name? about them replacing my broken pants but he sent something about him being out of the country at the moment and unable to contact.
 
Uhhh.... If he can contact you he can contact anywhere thats bs. Calling them out on FB is probably going to get the swiftest response
 
Out of office generic reply I'm guessing. So he still can't be reached even though he appears to be responding
 
i ordered stickers from them probably 4 months ago. emailed them and they said "we are very busy", that was 2 months ago. pretty much a BS company
 
well this thread is very depressing because I love my LDC suit I think it's great quality but I can't speak on their customer service because I bought it in b/s/t
 
yep, sam shaheen, last email from him was over a month ago. Hopefully they are just busy at the moment.
 
This doesn't sound something like lethal descent would ever do. I love my lethal descent jacket and my pants and think they are very high quality. Also when I emailed them for my return on my pants they replied in daily matter, sometimes in an hour.
 
This wasn't very descent of them.

Really though there's no chance in hell I'm buying from them now, unless something big happens to fix it
 
same, they should either give it to you for free, or send a care package with a loads of free stuff. When Saga messed up my order, they sent me a bunch of beanies and necktubes.
 
People should wait to hear what lethal has to say about the matter, before they just hop on the bandwagon deciding to never get their gear again...

I remember back fall 09? Someone called out Saga for something regarding their pre-order that made saga seem like they were not killing it. Turns out there was a lot the kid didn't say, making it more understandable from sagas outlook. Not saying this kids doing that but...you can't know from just this thread.

There are reasons they haven't sent it, and they will deal with it accordingly. I got to meet Kevin this year (Worked guest services at Keystone when I got my pass) and he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I have bought 2 suits, a pair of pants, both pairs of denim, and a tee over the past 3 seasons from them and had 0 problems with any of the 5 orders. They have even saved a 20% off code for me for the last 3 seasons that I got back in 2010. I don't think many other companies would do that.
 
my friends got his pants beginning this year and skis 3-4 times a week with me and they only have one rip the size of a penny. Seeing as our season lasted till early may this is pretty good so far and trust me this kid rly goes hard. He's broken two pairs of skis this season and is 5" 5' and 130 pounds
