I don't really get the white helvetica on a red background theme they have going. It feels like Target.

ya me too . they needed some new guys to step up. Historically the first two guys listed in the trailer/dvd box have the opener/closer

why such a new crew this year. Im def okay with it and the film looks dope, but why did wallish, parker white, and chris logan decide to leave

Wallisch was preparing for the olympics and when he didn't get on the team, he got surgery on his knee, so I think he's just been rehabbing. PWhite and CLo are doing their own project this year called "The Big Picture".

I wonder if Ahmet's going to have a full part this movie, I'm actually surprised he was on the list. I thought he was doing his own thing with La Familia this year.

According to Josh Berman in Powder they lost a bunch of sponsor money, a bunch of athletes and 3 trips had to be cancelled for lack of snow so they spent the whole season having to do more with less

A better phrase would have been "I bet khai has opener or closer"
 
If Khai's segment is filled with shots like the one he has in the trailer, he's gonna blow everyone's mind

Pretty sure he's with La Familia. I also heard he was possibly moving back to the midwest this season, not enough rails out west.

Sorry , I guess it's not the same phrasing in english , in French it would translate to I bet rather than I know.
 
Am I crazy for thinking that Ahmet's LaFa edits and Parker/CLo's the bigger picture series is pretty inferior to the press they got from having banger Level1 segments? I also would be under the impression that sponsors would steer them toward Level1. Level1's promotion and exposure far surpasses dropping a vimeo edit and getting a quick blurb in freeskier.

I love L1P's clean, simple editing and style and would love to see those dudes back on it.....but I suppose change is inevitable.
