Lent a friends season pas in mammoth

Hi.I am coming to Mammoth on January 24. from Denmark on 14 day trip. I have the possibility to lent a season pas from a friend. What are the chances of getting court and what is the penalty? If buy a 12 day ticket its $750 or something like that!!

It's a big deal if you get caught. Yor friend will lose his pass and it is considered defrauding a ski resort or something like that. You can be fined at least as many days as you have been there and more. It's not worth it. They are looking all the time and alot of people have ben caught already this season. It can be done and alot of people do get away with it, but you may not be so lucky.
 
It is a risky idea. If you are a student you can buy a pass for $600. I'ld go that route. Last year one of my roommates got a $600 fine and his friend lost his season pass for it.
 
for $600 i don't wanna take the risk. Think I'm just gonna buy the student season pass then. It's not a problem that I'm a student from Denmark when buying the student season pass? Is'nt it ridiculous that it is cheaper to buy af student season pass than buying a 12 day ticket??thank you for all your help guys..
 
Thats how it should be though. Its ridiculous that you have to get in upwards or 20 days to make a pass pay for itself. If you're going to get the college pass make sure you bring proof of full time enrollment when you go to buy the pass. That is, bring your class schedule or a letter from the registrar, you can find exactly what you need on the mammy website.
