Lens Question

Heres the deal, I bought a rebel xsi in late september so I could start shooting some still photos. When i bought the camera it came with a 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 lens, a 55-250mm f4-5.6 lens, and a cheap wide angle converter that fits on the 18-55mm. Now im looking into adding another lens to my collection, but after 3 days of searching and reading reviews i still have no idea what i really want. I would really like to spend less than $600 but i can probably spend a little more if i need to and Ive been leaning towards a wide angle lens. After checking the photo contests weekly I know there are some dope photographers who can probably help me out. So, what do you guys think I should be adding to my collection?

if you are looking at a wide angle and you want something unique look at fisheyes, they can make some sick shots. For an ordinarry lens i would say go with a prime lens (no zoom) such as the EF 15mm

f/2.8 Fisheye or the EF 20mm

f/2.8 USM

the fish eye is 719 but a great lens. They are both bright decent quality lenses.
