yes they do have programs, they have not started so in a way you are right, but 1 year after weed is legalized the have made press releases saying that in 1 year or less they will be ready to produce such products, and never trust 'music television' for your current events.

it wont be legalized as long as the conservatives have the upper hand in the senate and the house of reps. plus, it would take away from the tobacco industry, which has its hand in so much of the government its not even funny. so i'd say that its going to be illegal for a while longer. keep dreamin kids.
