Legal Question About Drugs

Say one of my roommates in my apartment is into hard drugs and he's slanging every once in a while. If I don't do them and I'm not involved with any selling he's doing, what (if anything) am I liable for if the 5-0 come knocking on our door some night?

well if you own the house your responsabul for whats in the house. or if you have part owner ship nothing good can come of it I would talk to him or get out of there.
