Leg injury

Yo so basically I badly sprained a muscle beside my shin (peroneous) in April while skiing and wasn't able to walk for 2 months. Yesterday I was at the trampoline park and my leg straight up gave out and twisted to the side. My injury was still very fragile and now it has bruised over again.

Seeing as this injury has not healed fully yet is it a good idea to ski this season? Any tips on how to treat an injury like this? TIA

Go to a doctor or physical therapist, they spent years studying stuff like this. You'll probably have to get an MRI to really know if you tore anything.

Cant afford physio and MRI's take months to get with a refferal from a doctor :/ (which i already tried to get)

Well, until you can get a professional opinion, you're probably best off not skiing on it. If it just gives out on you on a trampoline, chances are it won't do much better skiing. Maybe mellow groomers. It sounds like more than just a muscle sprain if you couldn't walk for two months and gives out on you. Did the doctor do a ligament test?

Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in some physio then... No they didn't do a ligament test, they barely looked at my leg. What is a ligament test?
