Leg bruise

i got this bruise on tuesday when i decided it would be fun to lose my footing and slam my hip into the urban i was doing. it didnt hurt that bad and i could do stuff as long as that area wasnt touched. today i went to keystone and while hitting the jumps skidded out and landed on the bruise twice. after the second time it was hurting pretty badly so i was done for the day. now the bruise is bigger than before and i have to sort of limp, and it hurts to sit down or stand up.

i dont really want to miss any time but with the range of motion i have right now i dont think tomorrow will be very enjoyable or productive. i checked out a site, and it said not to take advil or aspirin for 24 hours after you get the bruise. what should i do so that i will be able to ski tomorrow? or should i just rest?

personal choice, if it was me, id ski. just depends on how you deal with pain, and how much drive you have to ski. or you can play it safe and rest.

dont be dumb ... the body remembers the crap you give him, you may not feel it today but you will in a few years (im talking from personnal experience) ...

Put some ice if its swollen, rest and try not to move to much and DONT ski for a few days... not skiing wont kill you and you will have a nice season
