Going to be out in CO skiing in a couple weeks. Curious what summit county resort is the least crowded and offers a solid mix of terrain?

Not looking to wait in line for an hour at Vail.

I will be skiing sunday and monday

Havent been west in spring in a couple years but from what I remember any non-vail resort should be good

Im staying close to Breck. Was thinking maybe go to A basin or one of the smaller mountains on Sunday than do Breck monday since it will be after peak season non holiday

Dear Kravtz$,

I see you are tiring of the capitalist system of living, and the insane crowds in Summit County. Have you ever considered skiing the Taebaek Mountains? Just a few miles from the seaside resort of Wonsan lies some of the best skiing in the world at Glorious Masikyrong Ski Resort, and I would like to extend you a personal invitation to come ski our extensive terrain and experience the ultimate in luxury accommodations. Masikyrong truly is world class. As an extra incentive, we have some of the best riding in the world, as you will never have to worry about traffic driving to Summit County, and the insane crowds in Summit County. Surely, you are tired of dealing with the crowded riding conditions of the South Korean dump that is Breckenridge on a weekend? I would love to welcome you to experience the joy that is skiing in the DPRK. Although our rails may not be as extensive as A51 at Keystone, I can assure you the glorious snow surface and lack of crowds ensure that you will have an excellent time skiing in the DPRK.

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a genuine workers' state in which all the people are completely liberated from exploitation and oppression. The workers, peasants, soldiers and intellectuals are the true masters of their destiny and are in a unique position to defend their interests. Having mandatory equality all necessary is provided for citizen. Thank.

A basin, copper, or winter park would be your best bet. a basin can get pretty crowded on nice spring days but the tailgating makes it worth it

are the lines really that bad at vail? everyone says how bad the lines are and i was just wondering.. i usually ski on to the lift at breck during spring break. I was going to try vail for a day but i dont feel like waiting in lines

Stay away from Vail and Breck on weekends. Everyone and their brother comes from texas and the lines get horrendous. Go to Abasin. Sure not every lift is high speed but you'll get much higher quality skiing. Save Breck/Vail for weekdays, crowds will still be there cuz it's SPRANG Break but maybe a bit more tolerable

Why has nobody said Keystone?

Its Keystone, if you want weekend park that's manageable go to Key. You should be fine if its not a spring break Monday at breck.
