so ive been trying to learn how to butter but i am nervous that i'll snap my skis. I have line chronics and haven't felt a flex to a ski like a bdog or something to understand how much less flexy mine are. if i were to just practice using more of my rocker and getting up on my ski tips in my room or on flat do i have to worry about them snapping or can i just send it as hard as i can? im around 210 lbs and 6 ft tall

I don’t think you’ll snap them bro, you’ll probably din out before that happens. God for it, it’s a fun trick to have

Hey brother. I was 6', 230lbs for years and have done a lot of butters without ever breaking a ski or having anything like it happen. Never seen anyone break a ski from it either, it's wildly unlikely unless you're missing edge and water gas rotted the core out or something.

Also here's some shit I wrote up awhile back about buttering if it helps you at all. Good luck and have fun brother. They're really fun.

You SHOULDNT snap them, but that kind of fear is what you get for buying line ???. Get some wets and call it a day, if they break then vishnu will be nice to you.
