My granddad has been getting a lot older (mentally) the year and a half though. He's very healthy, just not a 100% with it anymore. Such a shame, because he's an awesome dude.

Yes, nice establishments although there is a high vegangranola vibe, but it's always pleasantly quiet and their bagels are pretty darn edible.

The Dutch are actually well known for being really good at English, especially compared to other Euros like Germany. But yeah they do have a hilarious accent, smoke and a pancake?
 
Meh 120mb down is not terribly fast over here, I could get faster If I spend more, seems useless to do so other then internet bragging rights.

i work in a high ropes course during the summer and at least half of customers are from netherlands. most of them are too young so they arent that good at german or english. so i, with my outerwordly ability to adapt to hostile environments, picked up these language bits and abuse them in a thought out plan to occupy more tip dollar.
 
It might be weird that I remember this but I think in a stash spot thread he implied that he had smoked but his drug of choice is cocaine because it better fits his lifestyle
 
you dont get it, youre like these guys 20 years back who said that a computer doesnt have to have more like 32 megabyte of RAM or more than a 10 GB harddisk.

at some point it may be normal that you download holographic movies in realtime, or that we all have these 3D printers at home and you can download the complexest things and print them yourself, each file having 100 gigsn. so bandwidths will constantly go up up to a technological threshold, but not a psychological one.

obviously, we dont "need" anything of that, but we're acting like we do.
 
Point taken. Completely uncompressed 4k video requires a 150mbps connectinon and I'm sure other things will come along and require even more data usage.
 
They're similar but the ones on the site different and more "complete". From what i've seen lawrence post his look simpler and not anything like those.
