Latex gloves under mitts for warmth

On some super cold days recently I've started wearing latex gloves underneath my mittens and found it works surprisingly well for keeping my hands warm. Has anyone else ever tried this?

i cant imagine waiting in line at the base of the hill and u start to warm up, my hands would be swimmin in pools of sweat. at the end of the day my shit would be pruning

I thought about this how is it taking ur gloves off ?

Hands get a little bit sweaty but not too bad. It seems to just trap the heat in your hands. I just wouldn't recommend it unless it's really cold already.

Also used to do this when playing lacrosse. Worked so well but your hands came out smelly and gnarly af

Great way to get a blister… or develop a latex allergy.

I've done this a couple times for late fall yardwork because my gloves had holes in them and it does help. But for skiing? Ew Sweat!
