Latest opening day

So, with the lack of snow in North America this year, a lot of hills seam to be opening later than usual. Just wondering when is the latest your hill has opened for the season that you can best recall. I guess putting where you are from helps as well, because there's going to be a big difference between Colorado and North Carolina.

When I was still living in Ontario, Blue Mountain (my home hill at the time) didn't open until December 26th.

Anyone ever push into January before?

well its the 18th now, my hill is mostly grass, and there isnt any snow forecasted for the next week. january? probably.

blue mountain here in PA just opened last friday, one of the later opening days in a while. some mountains in PA haven't even opened yet, and with the crap temps coming this week they might not even open by christmas.

Rode pow on a Nov. 9th opening, my home mountain is now open, 240cm already. Maybe the rest of north america sucks but BC is dope right now!

my hill opens the 26

during the 06/07 season we got a huge 3ft dumping in early december and my hill opened for 1 day

BUT THEN

it was always raining and temperatures reached +17C for the next month and a half

my 2nd day of skiing was Jan 18th

In 2006 at Mountain Creek NJ it was warm like this but got cold and snowy for one week in early December 2006 so creek opened. It then got super warm and the mountain closed in late December. I don't think they got more than 1 trail open. It stayed warm and creek didn't re-open until Jan 20th.

So far this is the latest real opening day for Mountain Creek since I started riding in 05-06.
