How heavy is the Nike jacket/what material is it? And what's the length from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve? Thanks

It's right in the middle of the jacket-spectrum. Not a shell, but some insulation. its 26 inches shoulder to wrist.
 
Would you be willing to trade a pair of Large White Oakley T-Hall Pants for the Armada pants? I'd also be willing to purchase for 60
