Lange Freestyle Boot

I like mine. I had rossi soft boots before and I got crazy toe bang with them so I had to get new boots. I've probably skied like 7 or so days in them. I get shin bang a bit, but I think that they just need to break in more. They seem to hold my foot real well and they are farely comfortable. They've got a bunch of differnt straps to prevent shin bang so i think that will get better

god I fucking hate shin bang, someone needs to invent something to stop this shit from happening

The invention you speak of is called "forward pressure".... Sorry, but someone had to say it.

I skii'd mine for 3 months constantly, and after breaking in they were a size too big for me. the most savage of savage shin bang occured.. a set of custom foot beds, and a heel brace to stop my heel from moving up pretty much cured it.

..sick boots otherwise :)

The moral of the story is, when buying boots.. they need to be TIGHTER THAN TIGHT. otherwise you will fuck yourself.

the shin bang I'm getting is from too much forward pressure on the front of my shins from over shootin shit.

honestly like i know what people are talking about when they say shin bang, but how the fuck does it happen? i have lange boots and have never once had hurts shins

it usually happens when you have space between your boot and shin or you over or undershoot jumps or land backseet and can put a lot of pressure on your shins. i have always had langes and this is the first year i have gotten shin bang

if you have shin bang on the lang freeride series, just make sure you tighten the power strap as tight as possible, it is preety much a booster strap.

I have the lange SFT90 and my buddy has the SFT100 and we have both had them for over 4 years and they are still holding up great! Nothin bad about them, whatsoever. maybe think about getting a heel support though, just for extra measures.
