well I can do 180s no prob going across the mountain but whenever I try one on a slop going down it I almost aloways fuck up. -especally is I am going anyware from 'kind of' to 'very' fast.

any help

are your skis popping off, and if they are, are they releasing or are your boots sliding off. My dins werent up enough so whenever i landed switch on a slope they would actually pop up and release me like when you take off your skis.

 
It's just a matter of getting comfortable and dont forget not to look back in the opposite way you are spinning it will bring your rotation back the way it came. instead of doing a 180 youll do a 150 and eat shit

and no my bindings or boots don't come off. I ski hard runes and shit all the time so those are tight.

basically as soon as I land I fall backward and the back of my helmet hits the ground hard and I get snow up my crack

I sometimes do end up leaning folward but that is probably not it considering I fall backward. -unless there is some weird way I cach an edg
