Lacrosse season is about to start for me but i have never played and i need a stick. I have no idea what kind i should get any suggestions?

Brine F22 superlight. But a cheap one is the F10 powergrip. Throw a Brine Nitrous head on there and your set bro. But if u just need a cheap stick go to lacrosse.com and u can get a cheap complete stck for like 45 bux

Brine F15. Good solid stick, relatively cheap. That's what I use, and I haven't broken it yet. I play attack, so it takes a beating.

for my first stick i got a kryptolite c405 from warrior and just get a really wide head, helps w/ cathing and throwing at first... just got o the nearest lax shop and they will hook you up

no no no, you have to go widdle a tree down into a stick shape. The go kill a deer. then skin the deer. Then with the skin make yourself a basket. There you go a free lacrosse stick.

 
buy a goalie stick, then u have no excuse for missing a pass

ok dont buy a warrior head, they used to make sweet heads but they must have started using cheap plastic or some shit, cus for one last year in preseason my lacrosse team broke a total of like 4 or 5 warrior heads, and it sucked, this year, my friend broke 2 big and nastys, one was just scooping it and the head caught just a little and snapped, the other was a stopping a medium shot, seriously it was more like a pass with the scoop of his stick and it snapped.

if you can get your hands on a revolution from like 2 years ago you'll love it, but dont buy any of there new heads, their shafts are cool though.

if your starting out and all id say for a shaft you probably want a f15, its a pretty light, durable stick, especially if for the price. if you can afford a little more i would say to go with something like a c405 shaft, such as the brine f22 or the warrior kryptolite.

alot like skis, lacrosse heads area a personal preferance but for my i'm rocking my finalizers. just get any c405 alloy shaft, it doesn't matter what company

 
Go to the store and see which pinch/stiffness/shape you like best. Personally, I don't think anybody could go wrong with a razor, nitrous, thunder, helix, or clutch.
 
Woops, forgot to mention some stuff:

As for a beginner's head, a Brine Nitrous has a ton of holes so it's easy to string and is wide enough for a beginner, but not too wide so that it'll be awkward in game play. The Razor is also similar. But yea, I'd suggest going to a store and getting your hands on some stuff. Even as a beginner, you'll be able to tell what feels right, in regards to shape, pinch, and stiffness.
 
get a c405 kryptolyte with a STX proton head and pinch it a little and BAM you got yourself a cheap, kickass setup
