I'd have to agree.

The majority of the shots on the first page are snapshots, with almost no attention to composition or any of the elements of art/principles of design. I didn't bother look at any of the other pages, because if the first (and most recent) photos didn't impress me, why should I believe others will?

Generally, if you want to get somewhere, you should only post your best shots to the internet, not every shot you take.
 
there were some pretty good shots in there BUT he should really sort thorough all 200 pictures and delete at least half of them. As stated above, many of them are just snapshots and others just aren't interesting at all. No one wants to look through 200 photos looking for the good ones.
