KUNG FUJAS

the kung got a lot bigger between 09/10 - 10/11. i want those 09/10 but you cant find any online. but you CAN find new 08/09. is there any difference between the 08/09 and the 09/10? does it have the early rise tip and tail?

and btw if anyone is selling the 09/10 let me know

Do you want some before the season is over? I will probably ride mine the rest of the season but I was planning on selling when it is over if they aren't too beat up. What sort of condition are you looking for?

i would need them in the 189s and in pretty decent condition. ideally less than 35 ski days on them. they have a bit of rocker in the tip and tail right?

Yeah dude, like I told you before, get the 08/09 non-rockered ones, you'll appreciate the extra effective length in the park. I ski those now and it's so nice to ride park on such a long ski. Get Schizos on them and you're good in powder too (+3 is the spot) or centered for park.

yeah that was exactly the set up i was thinking - center mounted and then can crank them back if its a pow day. im wondering if id want the rocker though (09/10 version) cause i might be getting some deep days down in chile this summer

I have fatter skis too but sometimes take the 08/09 Fujas in light powder and they're fine, the nose is nice and soft. The 09/10 rockered version for sure will be nicer in powder but not as stable in the park because you'll lose effective length. The rocker isn't too crazy on that one though, you see good reports for park still.

...or just save up and buy two pairs of skis.

They are good in park, very soft and buttery. At high speed i found them too aoft toought. If you cant find the 09/10, just buy the 08/09 and schizo, the rocker help me more for butter and press than powder.

If you didn't get anything already the rocker doesn't make them lose effective edge. When you turn you still have use of the whole edge. The only thing you lose is running surface when you are going straight but the rocker is so small it doesn't even matter.
