i am getting my first longboard and looked around th internet and found the m1. its only like $120 but looks really good quality. whats your guys take?
But the thing is about a longboard is you need to know how much camber(flex) it has, whether you want little or alot of flex to hard carve or if you just straight bombing hills.
Personally, i would spend another 60 bucks and get a Sector 9, i have three and all are amazing!
But quality wise..you gotta feel and test the board to really know.. thats just me.
go to a shop and buy it, that is if you have one near you. Your probably not gonna get away with a decent board for 120. check what kind of trucks and bearings it comes with if your serious about the cheap board.
That looks like a nice board but i would go to a shop and buy each part seperatly, i did that and i ended up with a landyacht deck, randall trucks, abec 11 gripper wheels, and some decent risers for asbout 170 which is a pretty good price. Personally i would try to stay away from sector nine because you can get a landyacht or dervish for just about the same amount and they're way better quality.
a lot of people on here have been pretty rave about the kracked skulls. i got a g and D board. its a pretty nice deck. but the hardware is pretty weak.
Well, the M1 is a dope muthafuckin' board with very nice flex, you should get the 38" for nice tight carves or he 46" if you prefer higher speeds. Ask Skipig25 or Ryno for their opinions as well, both know kracked skulls as well as they do blow
I just got an M1 last week. its so ill. deffff get one rather than sector9. krackedskulls > sector 9 by farrr. its got good flex too, which was my big worry
