I called everyone on facebook out. I said stop liking the video and send money to something that matters. I said that Invisible Children was a scam and there are better places to donate. Somehow that meant I was supporting genocide
 
stupid kids on facebook telling me to save justice etc etc and then they go on holiday not giving a single fuck. come back home and start bitching and whining that we have to do something and then it wasnt cool anymore to promote konyshizzle so they quit doing that. im going to sleep now kthxbye

damn i was kinda intrigued to see if the Kony ppl would clash with the 4/20 ppl…that could have yielded some interesting results.
 
Did anyone even see any posters an banners and shit in their town? I knew of 21 person who was going to partake in te stupid bullshit...
 
From Ottawa, ON, i haven't seen any yet. And i had heard of a few ppl who were coming up from Niagara Falls for it… lol
 
I called out people on twitter. I saw 1 poster last night in starbucks. That's it. Everyone was so hyped for it. No one followed through. I bought posters, but then when I saw that video of him wanking it, I cancelled my order.

I got the most epic face raping when i started posting anti-Kony stuff... then more and more of my friends started to oppose it and now everyone is against it.

Invisible Children were not only a scam, pulling on the heartstrings of the ignorant hipsters that pay attention to such viral media, but they also further Christian influence in African nations, creating a far worse problem than child infantries: Systematic denial of human rights to anyone they consider outside the line of God's rule. This includes children, men, women, elderly, lgbt, or anything else they can think of to discriminate against. Religion in Africa has fucked things up for good.
 
100% this - I've heard that one of the founders of Invisible Children is a hardcore evangelical

apart from religion. The whole "white savior" mentality has done far more harm than good in Africa... staring with colonialism

My friends and I all did the same, but people didn't say we supported genocide. They said we were assholes, then it slowly started to stop the more they realized we were right.
 
Dumbfucks put them up on Main Street in my hometown.
People that did no extra research about this got screwed. The war they purported was still in action ended six years ago. The LRA compromises maybe 250 soldiers now, and is spread out amongst several countries surrounding Uganda. Invisible Children spends 20% of their donations on overhead, marketing, and payroll for their staff. Any respectable charity follows the norm of 10%. Not to mention the nice dose of white man's burden: buy these posters, and you save Africa.
Dumbfucks. This stuff makes me furious.

I'm voting Kony for president this year, but If Romney picks hologram-2pac as his vp candidate, I'll become a republican.
