Kneesovertoes guy

Anyone else tried this, got acl surgury last June, started his program on febuary 8. I could not get my heel to butt and was told that I never will. Three weeks in I have full flexion of my knees and can sit on my feet. Knees feel amazing. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has had knee surgury or has knee pain. Shit works real well. Patellar tendinitis is slowly going away too. Definitly talk to a P.T first. and dont start it unless you are at least 6 months out of surgery. @kneesovertoesguy on instagram.
 
I see you're drinking 1% is that because you think you're fat? Cuz you're not you could drink whole milk if you wanted to

But seriously, I follow him, too. My husband had ACL replacement in November, and I've had him follow KOTG for a few weeks. His ears perked up when I told him that Dan Sorensen followed the program for his rehab. I have poor mobility in my joints and plan to start trying his stuff in the near future. Do you have a slant board?

I'd also recommend following @squat_university if you don't already.

"Your Still Fat" is a direct quote from the movie bench warmers, not napoleon dynamite. Same actor tho.
