I'm driving up from davis and i'm looking for people who want to ride kirkwood this saturday 10/30. It's the first weekend the top will be open (chair 6 for sure) so it should be a damn good day. I just want at least someone to help keep me awake on the drive up, maybe someone to ski with if you're a good rider.

saturday was epic. it's not often you get a bluebird 2 foot powder day in october. I hiked a bunch into wagonwheel bowl and way out past the boundary in palisades and it was freshies all day. Upper chamoix was cleaner than usual, and oops was good until it got skied out. amazing.

Who wants to drive? Im tired of driving.( Im assuming it wouldnt be a problem to save some ozone and carpool since we all live in or near davis.)

I'm always down for drivin, probably not this weekend, but as long as people chip in for gas, I love driving highway 88, although i have 2WD so not always the best when the chain controls are up.

We are considering doing Jackson Rancheria gambling night on Friday and hitting up Kwood in the morning. We got a Subaru Outback to kill it w/.

it looks like i'll probably be there this weekend, all weekend. I'll let you guys know for sure if I'll be there, then maybe we can hit up oops and later hike for some turns (maybe they'll open the boundaries again.....)

i'll be at the wood saturday and sunday. keep an eye out for a guy with black giro nine, black da kine pack, AK enemys and a blue and yellow sessions jacket.
