I'd go with the Shift or a Cast system. If you plan on skiing these inbounds quite a bit, the Kingpin is going to hold you back, and I'd only consider something tour specific (Kingpin) if you were mounting up Wildcat Tours and using them more or less specifically in the backcountry.
A few of us at Moment spent the past season on the Shift. People have had minor issues, but they can all be avoided by setting up the binding properly and testing the AFD plate on some carpet in your house. Personally, I've been happy with my pair on my powder / touring setup.
Quite a few of our athletes are on the cast system for their touring setup. Allows for efficient climbing (pin setup) and aggressive charging on the way down (Pivot 18). I've heard nothing but great things in terms of performance from them.
