“King of the Horn” Invitational

16 of the best skiers and snowboarders in the Maritimes have been invited to compete in the first ever… “King of the Horn” Invitational. We’re going to be building the biggest kicker the King’s Horn Headwall has ever seen! Who will be crowned “King of the Horn 2008”?
 
Sorry for the lack of details. It's been hard getting any work done with all these powder days.

Details will come next week. Right now we are busy getting the January Jump Jam off the ground...See the other thread about that.
 
is the comp going to be invite only or will it be like the rosebowl where you can qualify as a wild card?
 
We are going to postpone the King of the Horn event until March 15th. With the amount of prep required...we wanted to do it right. The previous week the Horn will be used for the Atlantic Cup which will mean it will be pretty solid and difficult to build a kick ass jump as well a decent landing. We are also still working with Sponsors so we figure it was best to postpone until the 15th.

Eh no worries,

It was the same day as the Martock Halfpipe Comp so now people have a chance to attend both...

Sounds like a sick event I will be there fo sho.... When will the Invites be announced?
 
King of the Horn has been cancelled for logistic reasons. We want to put on the best Terrain Park Event in the Maritimes this year so We've bumped it a few weeks and reworked the format.
