softer boots and your boots wil flex more maken landings smoother. i am too poor to get nice boots so i just use my stifer soloman but i have em somewhat looser then normal, and i just deal with shinbang from time to time
i always thought soft boots were good for the park but then a guy at my local shop said that stiff boots are better, so he could be right or maybe hes just a dumbass
it all depends...if youre skiing a lot of pipe you may want to go w/ a race boot....you can pump the tranny better and if you land switch in a soft boot in the pipe it can fuck your ankles up pretty bad...look what happened to turpin last year
I have the Salamon Foil 1080 Boots for this year, and I have to say that there the best boots I have ever had. Buy them, or get a soft boot with a good absorbant sole...
They were out of the 1080 foils when I got my boots the other day so I ended up getting a pair of the Nordica Beast 10's. They liners are sooo nice and soo soft. I haven't hit any big tables yet, but they are awesome thus far!
