Me and my buddies were thinking about driving to killington for an upcoming weekend. We are from Pittsburgh and its about a 10 hour drive. How is the park and conditions up there? is it worth the drive?

just wanna ski. here i still have a month till the season starts

Consider yourself lucky you aren't here. I will be lucky to get on the hill before the new year.

I would wait for snow for a 10 hour drive...more runs open...trees...be patient.

I was just out there ( from around state college about a 7 hour drive for me) the gondala was broke in the morning which sucked but the 3.5 hours of skiing I did get was dope the park was nice for an early season park, tons of good vibes and some big Tricks were thrown down if I had to describe it the snow was like spring snow but the weather was like winter , over all I would definitely go again, if they blow anytime this week it would be even better for you

If I were in your position I would send it. Everyone is different though, since I would travel just about anywhere to get on some snow in the late fall.

I also went last weekend and Im going this weekend. I had a better day than all of last season. too much fun

Was up there last Fri-Sun, was a good bit of fun. Sat morning the gondola's computer shit the bed and didn't start running till 12, but we hiked it up to the upper lifts and it was over-all good time. I don't think I'd make the trip up again this weekend though.

It was really foggy today, and it even rained a little. Either way, it was worth driving 2.5 hrs to go skiing.

i went today and it was sick. the only thing that sucks is that you have to walk super far to get to the lift

If the weather's good go for it! I ended up hiking it last weekend in the rain because the gondola was down. Only did a few laps because of shitty weather and a sore knee, but it was worth it. For 10 hours I'd suggest waiting until theres substantial snow and more than a couple runs open, but if you're hyped about it you might as well.

No clue. Ive never even been there... ...

I would try and go at least 2 days if you're making the drive.

Really depends on how bad you and your friends want to ride. The realistic answer is no but that doesn't mean anything.

If you have the time and money and really really want to ski now go for it.
