Killington plans to open this weekend to passholders only, if anyone is a passholder and goes feel free to share what the setup is like. By the second weekend (the first weekend they are open to the public) they usually have a decent preseason setup and ill be up there with the ATP boys cruising around. If anyone hears of any buy one get one free passes like they usually do share it here, hopefully see some of you up there

Highly likely that they wont be open next weekend, weather does not look favorable to any more snowmaking after monday.

Saw some shots of Franchino on that black tube rail they always have setup, didn't see anything else so not sure what else they may have for the weekend assuming they stay open (hopefully they do)

I really need to head up. Sounds dope as fuck.

If anybody from Boston is trying to go up on Saturday I will greatfully provide gas money as I have no car being a freshman at BU. Really trying to get on snow but I'm having a hard time finding rides.

"3:10 pm 10/22/15--Well skiers and riders, we gave it our best but a lack of cold air is preventing any further snow making through at least early next week. We do hope to have a brief period of below freezing weather tonight, and that will likely allow us to groom Rime and Reason, delivering some nice, fresh corduroy for Friday morning carving. The parks crew will assess the Reason Park overnight and make every effort to have some features available going forward.

Weekend Outlook

Starting Saturday, October 24, Killington will be open for Season Pass and Express Card holders only. No day tickets will be available until further notice.

Although the skiing and riding conditions in the North Ridge area are still quite good, the loading area for the North Ridge Triple has gone quickly, and the current base depth that we have will not stand up to heavy weekend traffic.

Hopefully more wintry weather will return in the very near future and we can get back to business as usual. Please check back here at the Daily Report or follow us on twitter for real-time updates on conditions and operations.

Access to open terrain will be via the K-1 Express Gondola, which will upload from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., and the North Ridge Triple which will operate from 9:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m. A short walk on our scenic Peak Walkway is required to get to and from the open terrain."

Fuck I want to ski so bad and tomorrow is the last chance for non-season pass holders for a little bit, but I'm not sure if its gonna be worth it if there are no features up. Hmmmmm

Damn. Worst news I heard all day, planned on heading up Saturday with some friends and unfortunately, I have class Friday so I can't go then. Kind of disappointed to be honest, I understand it's out of their control in part but it still sucks.

Damn that's shitty, but glad I have that season pass this year haha! Even then I saw some pics of today on KZone and I don't see them being open much longer if they can't make snow ASAP. There's a bunch of bare spots starting to show.

Shit I should have sacked up and just taken monday off... Would have been worth it just to hit that down-flat rail...

Tomorrow's the last day until they can blow snow again. It's also supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow morning so I'm sure that will kill off some of what's left.

Any word on how their doing? Might go up this weekend if the conditions are ok, and have a couple features up.

I highly doubt they'll be open. The temps just haven't been good for snowmaking and when they have been, it's been too humid.

Any idea of the chances of them being open on Saturday?? I really want to get up there this weekend if it's open.

Soo, I am heading up this sunday for the Rail jam, Is anyone else going to be there, It would be nice to meet up for some laps. I have some friends that I think are going but I dont know In case you were looking for a crew to ride with before or after

Was planning on going Saturday but just checked the weather and it looks like ill be better off with ice skates. Anyone know how quick they can recover from a freeze

Is tomorrow worth the 4 hour drive and $70 for a lift ticket? Thinking about going. And is there any way to get cheaper tickets?

It's supposed to rain a little tonight, but it might be snow at higher altitudes if we're lucky. They have a decent amount open for November IMO.

Try liftopia, but you get more of a discount the more in advance you buy them.

Anyone know a cheap place to stay around killington/okemo? I'm going to be up there and need to find somewhere for Saturday night.

If anybody is trying to get a seasons pass soon to Killy or the other mountains on the 4.0 I'm trying to help out a homie and spread his discount code. I believe it's like $20 off or something .... R16Z22x

Hope everyone is having a killer early season so far I know I am
