Kids who hit the sides of jumps

I hate race week at my resort the park is right next to there races and they are fucking everywhere

I'm pree sure 1 of them died for jump off 1 into some trees
 
Anybody want to start a side jumping crew? As has been pointed out before technical tricks are not important. What is important is style. Sidejumping just has never had the injection of style to really help it break through.

I planned on filming a side jumping edit but those dreams died with the shitty ice coast season.

Some features just turn out to be perfect for side hitting. Currently the big Paintbrush jump line at Timberline is made for side jumping. Park crew was even out salting and shaping the sides this weekend and people were standing up on the hip filing all the sweet side hits. A confluence of the the actual jumps being too big for almost everyone and the super fun shape of the sides has resulted in the current situation.

At BC we didnt have a pipe but we zauged our knuckles. I would blast out some airs on the regular. That's a different world then people side jumping rail takeoffs.

I mean a few weeks from the end of the season myself and another friend said fuck it and started hipping our first jump. Once a few more people started doing it there was a noticeable rut in most of the takeoff. Didnt even take a day.

But like others earlier argued sidejumping can never have an impact on takeoffs because unicorns rainbows and happy thoughts.
