gotta love the evo outlets

Level nine sports http://www.levelninesports.com/Snow-Skis-120-To-139Cm?page=1&sort=3a They've got Klint kids twin tips. If the kids are intermediate or below check out the Klint AKO pixel. If they're advanced the Klint Rockstar jr's (which are Klint Prime jr's). My son Leland's on these and they're straight up the best high performance kids ski out there. Basically a sized down adult sandwich construction with a full sidewall & wood core 113-79-105. Also, Level Nine has bindings for super cheap (Tyrolia sl45 $54) and they mount to spec for free. Shippings $7 and you'll get them in 3 days.

Al's ski barn (http://www.untracked.com), allways has great deals on ski from years past. I'm not sure what they're like for kids skis, because I grew out of Kid's skis at about 8/9, so I've never really looked for Kid's skis. But if it's anything like the men's deals you should be able to snag some at a great price.

I am a firm believer that every freeskier must own a pair of k2 badseeds or public enemies in his/her life. Those old school editions with the prison graphics were bombproof.

Untracked.com is good. If your buying for kids and you want really good equipment they have armada codas with bindings and poles for $393 which is a good deal
