Kids at CU

i got expelled from high school in september and i finished my credits last week, do you think that i could still get into CU for the spring semester.

I had a GPA of 2.3 and an SAT of 1400 plus i was involved in a lot of extra curicular stuff.
 
If that is the old SAT it is worth a shot, but man...that 2.3 GPA is going to hurt bad. They have some sort of formula that they use to figure it out. Try to write a good essay.
 
also, if you have a upward grade trend (aka better grades at the end of your high school career than the begining)it looks good and does influence the admitance process.
 
i doubt you'll get in with a 2.3. Just move to colorado go to cmc for a year, do good and transfer to Boulder.
 
howd you get expelled? you seemed to have been doing decent in school. 2.3 isnt amazing but its not horrible. plus extracirricular shit and your SAT score.
 
my grade trend was pretty constant, and i figured out my number for that number system they use for admisions and it was good enough to get in. I didnt write an essay becuase writing isnt my strong suit, but i have two letters of recomendation. Also im from colorado and right now if i dont get into CU im going to end up having to go to Mesa State for the spring semeseter
 
Go to Fort Lewis or Western before you go to Mesa. Unless you have to live at home or some other reason.
 
yeah i already live in junction, and since i would still be a senior in high school, all my friends live here to.
 
i was the captian of my schools acedemic team and i lead them to a state championship and two second places at state, thats kind of like curing cancer...
 
Thats pretty weak to expell someone for pissing on a car. Now if you stuck you wang in an open window and let it all go then that would be pretty intense.
