My bud that works park crew there posted this up. 25 features I think.

word so stokedd, i'll be wearing a teal moment jacket with grey pants tomorrow if anyone wants to shred for a while.

Not that good.I went the past two days and park crew only allows skiers on certain features. Plus the setup is totaly wack. it makes no sense. And people kept snaking in the line all day!!. I hear Copper has a DOPE setup tho.

Yeah Vail Resorts is really letting their parks go down hill. Keystone is turning A-51 into a beginner area because they want the resort to be more family oriented. Apparently the park is going to be on the small ranger lift all year....it's cool for pre-season, but really a bummer they're not opening A-51 later.

A few ski patrollers told us we couldn't do grabs, and they wouldn't let us film because they said it was a liability issue. It sure is great to be back at keystone but I can't say I'm entirely stoked for this season...

This! But the people in the lift line snaking everyone were snaking everyone! it was just aweful. And i got a warning for doing a grab by ski patrol.

I was a lifty a few seasons ago so I'm tight with a lot of them as well as the park crew guys and that was the rumor going around today when I was saying hi to all of them.

I wouldn't say it's vail resorts, it's just keystone. Breck has it's problems sure, but they always try and make the best experience for their dedicated riders in the park. and vail/the beav are actually planning to up their parks this year, especially the beav. Key has been doing this whole family thing for a few years now and it's really getting out of control. They started a couple years ago by leveling out almost every mogul run and grooming like 80% of the mountain. Did anyone notice fucking ski school red coats in the middle of all the runs yesterday acting like they're yellow coats/patrol telling us to slow down? Key is the closest resort to denver and they know they pull in families because of that (abay and LL are ski areas not resorts, without that family feel).

I only see key getting worse and it's fine with me because I'd rather ski breck any day of the week, even if it can get a bit busier. breck's vibe squashes key's. Key doesn't even get hardly any snow, what's the point in them being there except to cater groomers to gapers anyway?

I dunno, I had no problems hitting whatever I wanted in the park and filming wherever. I didn't really see any of that shit. It was a fairly fun set up and was good times for me.

hahaha this thread..

setup was decent. snow was hard as shit as could be expected and wasn't very forgiving at all.

typical early season conditions, especially on saturday. it was like a zoo in there.

as to the dude that was thinking about coming up from SLC, you should get in touch with abbie, i think her name is wolf on here. I know she came out for a couple days with some other dudes from Utah.

apparently my friend got a fucking speeding warning today from a yellow jacket. He was going to disaster the flat-down and they told him he was going to fast....he just posted this to his facebook...

hahaha, very well done. i was there today. i think the patrol was a little nicer today, i only had to ask permission to use the urban style features

No spins over mailbox bonk feature, got in trouble for landing switch by ski patrol.
