tbh pretty fucking good exit/retirement strategy from gus. You cant just compete forever as you get older, really proud of him to find a way into another career he loves.

also he now gets to bang way hotter dudes

He can do whatever he wants but at this point he's not even a skier, I'm sure he got burnt out from mixing fame with tons of competitions but I'm just glad I unfollowed him on Insta. Won't be surprised if he attends even less events next winter, he's just the poster child for coming out now.
 
if i was in gus' place i would do the same. Milk milk milk the celebrity thing for that cash

Dumont was just kind of a dick sometimes, people just hate that Gus has a ton of fame and probably money for coming out. Nothing wrong with what he's doing but he's better to watch skiing than on some talk show again, or even reality tv sitcoms.
 
Yea hes got bills like anyone else. Not sure any pro makes enough skiing to turn down well paid modeling work.

I don't really care about the sexuality thing but to be honest action sports are closer to things like figure skating or gymnastics or diving than football there are probably a lot of pro skiers that are gay but afraid to come out and lose sponsors. Its cool its working out for him.
