hey guys just thought of this idea-

my top sheet always chipps when i do spins and it creats an ugly mess.

i just took packing tap and put it over each top sheet edge and folded it over.

then took an exacto knife and cut the tap right above the metal edges.

hope this will prevent top sheet chipping.

dono how its gonna work but worth a shot

good luck

if you're really keen, get some clear silicone sealant, and run that all the way around your topsheet edges. then just clean it up with an old id card or whatever

think about it... if your skis are cutting through thick topsheet material do you really think some packing tape is going to change anything? especialy beause its going to become brital in cold weather. every chip on my ski is just another story. who cares what your top sheets look like.

Instead of using tape, they make a vinyl cover, that is made for car bumpers, its waaay thicker than packing tape. Ive seen racers use it, and it seems to work halfway decently. I think the vinyl is made by 3M.

dude just dont worry bout it.. i try to baby my new skis every year but it works for like 2 days then im like fuck it, its just cosmetics..
