Kazaa - Problems

Does anybody else here have the problem, that when you go to make a cd, and you download all the songs, half of them come out to be the same song just with different file names. I've tried making the new roots, talib kweli and common cds and when i do so, i get like half of the songs which are good, and the other half is fucked up....????

go to cdnow.com and preview each track so you know if you've got the right songs. or just buy a cd.

its so easy to get a virus through kazaa...its called the trojan virus and if you have it youll end up downloading songs you didnt do and theyre be on youre hard drive but you wont know it...get imesh

imesh fucks with your comp, Ive downloaded imesh on 2 seperate comps and theyve both got fucked over, 1 shitty 233 gateway and my hp 1500. If you have a good virus program that should help. I wont make a straight up declarative statement that it totally protects your comp because I cant back that up but Mcafee has stopped downloading and therefore thwarting a few viruses for me before.

the reason why you're getting trojans on Kazza is because you're downloading programs. if you download music you should be fine.

my theory is. Anyone who can't figure out P2P programs shouldn't be using a computer in the first place.

P2P programs are my tool to preview before I buy! If I like a few tracks I buy the album! I've never D/L'd a full album. Support!

almost all p2p programs are either infested with spyware, or easy to get a virus from, the best way to avoid it is to never download .exe files from other people, chances are its a virus. you should be safe downloading mp3s though.

A trojan is an executible file that a virus or a worm is hidden inside. i use kazzalite as my fastrack client, gnucleus as my guetnella client and winmx but now it kinda sucks. the best way not to get a virus is too download the right sized files and have antivirus software. dont go by the file description in kazza, look at the file name and that should help u not to download bogus shit.
