love the new front page!!! kaya was killing it this summer...like always! great choice. my fav front page pic in a while!
 
cool, as i was looking through the thread list i saw this thread and went wtf? i see max hill still. then i clicked and now i see it! cool
 
Love it. First girl front page that I can remember. Could be wrong though.

Put it up for download admins please! I hate it when there's a new front page and I can't put it as my background.
 
i set it as my desktop....when i right click it says view background image as one of the option...click that and it is just the photo and then set it as your background....or save it.....i dont know if it is cause i use firefox....but it worked for me!

It's not the first female frontpage shot, Keri Herman was up there from the US Open a few years back.

The new frontpage is a dope sequence of a sick trick being done by a girl, and that's badass, but I'm a bit disappointed to see a summer photo going up on the cover in January. One big advantage of net-based media is the opportunity for near-instantaneous coverage, so I always like to see a fresh cover shot that was taken fairly recently. Leave it to the ski magazines to publish cover shots that are six months old.
 
Agreed. For me January isn't a time for dreaming about summer skiing. I'd prefer to see some early season pow or urban photos to get the stoke up for the winter.

That being said, the sequence is sick. Kaya is right on top of chicks rail skiing. She's got such an amazing natural style and is one of very few girls I enjoy watching ski.
 
Ha didn't NS put up that pic of Ian Cosco's switch backflip on the splash page in the middle of last winter too? That was such a summer shot.
