anybody on here live here or near? i just moved here for school, would be nice to have some people to kick it with and roadtrip to CO in the winter
 
yea i know, but it wasnt up to me to come here, i was basically forced by my mom. so im just trying to make the best out of it while im here. positives are; my parents are now paying for my tuition, im alot closer to west coast mountains than i used to be (ohio), the weather is not bad, people are nice, the city is nice.

now i just need to find friends.
 
I always cruise through there when I'm movin out to CO from the east. Its a ritual to stop at the cabelas superstore, and pick up a crap-load of underlayers (silk underwear, thermals) for cheap. haha...Guess thats pretty unrelated tho.. :P
 
You need to go to Arthur Bryant's. best bbq in the world! but you gotta go to the original one which is in the hood. Thats all i know of kc, driven through twice to get ABs
 
i just went there tonight, your right, my ribs were BOMB! im calling in take out next time though, i was getting some strange looks. but that might be because i was wearing a taller T and some baggy bball shorts and a beanie (just got back from tramping)
 
hahaha yea i was at this brazilian place and sat at the table next to him, he was there with his son. major claim!

i honestly wouldnt be able to tell you, he was sitting at a booth and i couldnt get a perspective of how tall he was. next time i see him, i might kindly approach him and ask him for a picture so i can prove this to NS. and then tell him the majority of the ski community appreciates his music very much.
 
yeah i live about an hour or so from there. i used to have to go down there with my sister for pageants and shit.
