K2 warrenty

take em to the shop you bought em from and get them to do it. It's alot better than doing it yourself because a shop is more likely to get a few favours than you are.

At our shop we've warranteed a bunch of stuff that really shouldn't have been, just because we're in good graces with our reps. Of course if you shop is full of a bunch of dinks, then good luck.

Screw this I'm going skiing

K2 Skis have a one year warranty. The warranty does not include imapact damage, negligence, improper mounting of the bindings, or accidents. If you have a valid waranty claim then take your skis into an authorized k2 delaer and have them send the skis in for you. You can find dealers and warranty info on the K2 website, www.k2skis.com.

did you break them at the pink flamingo camp?

'Duran Duran bought Armada, Armada bought Microsoft, Microsoft bought MSP and AOL, AOL owns Time4 which owns the MountainSportsMedia which owns SKi, Skiing and RIP Freeze... so Armada now owns McDonalds and Coke.

just contact k2. i did the same thing to my fujas earlier this season and they sent me a new pair no questions asked

Congrat's on the new fugi's!! I broke the shit out of mine and i got a new pair. Get on k2factoryteam.com and get a phone number , call them tom and get detail's. They will hook you up.

Just dip your dong in paint and smack your helmet with it.

my local shop said it's very rear to get them warranted, so mine broke and they sent them to K2 for me and they actually sent me a brand new pair... not this years though, I thought they would... they were 169 enemies.

vertical drop is way on the other side of cincinnati, its about an hour away. i tried going up there as soon as i broke them, i didn't find out until i was already up there.

valleywood is in kettering, pretty much dayton. i've played hockey there years before and have done electric work up there last year, its almost a good 2 hours away.

why cant i just send them back in a ski box from my house? i used to work for a ski shop, its not like its hard for me to do the work, i've done it before, just hav'nt had to deal with k2 before until now.

Try sending them back, and see what they say. They probably have alot of 05/06 fuji's laying around for exchange.

So you've talked to them? I don't think they can say "even though our skis broke, were not going to send you another pair because you were pissed" They're a big company, they should send you a pair of skis regardless of how you treated them.

i cant even talk to a person. its all automated responses and answering machines. they want me to bring them to a dealer. which is cant do until next season when they open around here... but im moving to utah in august so im pretty much sweating it b/c i hav'nt been successful since march when i broke them. and since the dealers are closed i cant bring the skis to them. they wanted there season rentails back in early march so they could close. ski shops are open all year round around here, b/c they would lose money b/c there arn't enough people interested in skiing in ohio during summer.
