K2 SKEEZE

the only thing I wasn't stoked on was how every rider in the mag was like, yea, yea, I want to do more BC shit... Isn't that kind of an obvious statement to make now? It was all over Freeze two years ago, and riders are doing it all over the place now. Lol, call me anti-progression, but I kind of like park and pipe specific skiers, you know?
 
i know its a K2 mag, but i took 2 from the shop one to read and another for pics on my dorm wall, but its just all K2, it would be cool if there were other guys
 
Well k2 made it, so its kinda normal its all about that company, thats why i think it sucked..
 
Pep defends T$ in his rant, and he name drops him a couple times in his big interview. I liked how they made fun of shit though, and the argument on poles or no poles was good shit.
 
its freeze...look at the editor, micah abrams. look through the magazine...constant references to it. all it is freeze reincarnated and being paid for by k2. its good tho, i like benchetler/mahre's interview.

i believe it is a one time thing that k2 did. Because they are not advertising in any magazines this year, they put out their own big ad, whisch is the size of a magazine
 
It's not a magazine, it's a CATALOG, there's a big fucking difference, and it's why everyone is riding maidens, fujatives, seth vicious', etc. SKEEZE is K2's catalog for the '06 season. It's meant to advertise K2, not anyone else. They just spun it into a "magazine".
 
Oh no, are we back at this argument again? Hahahaha. It is a magazine. Doesn't a catalog have all of your product in it, usually with technology descriptions? Ha.
 
It isn't just K2 riders exclussively, Eric Pollard is in there twice, once skiing on LINEs, Scott Gaffney is dropping a cliff on some Volant Spatulas, and lastly, JP is in there three times, one on Armadas and once rocking an Armada shirt.
 
Yeah Propaganda was a great movie. I remember the first day I watched it. Glad you brought that up. I'm going to watch it tonight.
 
there is so much talk in the mag about the future of the sport. intelegent talk, not just "hey lets ski more BC". the article about FIS and one footed grinds and things like that. i understand more now about why grinds like that hurt freesking. somehow i didn't get that out of all the "it's so GAY " posts on here.
