K2 Revolver Pros (2023 - those white ones) wire disconnection?

Hello folks, just acquired some brand new Revolver Pros from last season, took my first run and the bottom wire has popped out of its housing. I’ve tried fixing it but the bolt head just spins and spins. Anyone had this issue before?

unscrew and remove the black screw and make sure you put the wire-end correctly thru the metal O ring thing, then tighten put it back and tighten it.

This. If the screw is spinning reach inside and feel the star nut in the back. That may have come slightly out of the shell and is just spinning inside. If this is the case, try to push it back in or hold it while you undo the ski. Once out if teh star nut has lost teh four little prongs replace it.
